Art of Peace Workshops

Yoga, Ayurveda and neuroscience offer a holistic approach towards the body, mind and spirit, helping to bring about a profound change in lifestyle, mental control, and physical health. A conscious experience of change occurs through the use of gentle yoga postures, acupressure self-massage, mental exercises, breathing practices, chanting, storytelling, role-play, relaxation, visualization, and meditation. As the brain is brought to its least excited state, the mind enters a state of higher consciousness which automatically dissolves stress, increases immunity and mental functions, and effects tremendous changes at the physiological and biochemical levels.

Introductory workshops

In these fun, informative and easy to follow workshops, participants will gain a new understanding of:

5. the yoga of creativity

6. the yoga of chanting (nada yoga)

Advanced workshops
In these expert workshops, participants will get the tools to master:​

1. de-hypnotization from the manipulative techniques used in advertising, news, and politics
2. reading, writing and chanting basic Sanskrit
3. the obstacles and dangers encountered on the spiritual path
4. the interpretation and creation of powerful metaphorical storytelling
5. optimization of their quality of life
